I was helped by this Account Associate called Berenice. And to be honest, she was just amazing, cheerful and friendly. I would recommend u ask for her personally when you are there, since she would go do anything to make a customer happy. She totally changed my mind about State Farm and she went through great lengths to keep me satisfied with the company.

Horrible experience!! The price keeps going up supposedly for inflation. They are always rude and never seem to solve the problem for me, Everytime I need something. I am so happy I switched to a new agent.
